Returns Process

        If you wish to return all or part of your order, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact Us: Submit a return request via our Quick Returns & Exchanges page, specifying which item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.

  2. Approval & Return Address: Our customer service team will confirm whether your return is accepted and provide you with the correct return address. (Please note: Do not send returns to the address on the package. This is not our return address and may delay the processing of your return.)

  3. Prepare Your Return: Securely pack the product in its original packaging, including all accompanying accessories and items.

  4. Ship Your Return: Mail the package to the provided return address and share the tracking number with our customer service team.

  5. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5 business days using the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

        Returns Policy

        We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item(s). You may request a return or exchange within this period.

        To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. We cannot accept any items that show signs of wear, damage, have been washed, or are altered in any way.

        We only accept returns for items shipped and sold directly by ubfen.com.

        Returns sent to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

        If the return is due to a change of mind or other consumer-related reason, you will be responsible for all associated return shipping fees. The cost will depend on the carrier you choose.

        You will not be charged for return shipping if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received a damaged or incorrect item).

        Please note: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for gift cards. Sale items will be refunded at their purchase price.

        Each order is eligible for one return or exchange transaction, unless under exceptional circumstances.

        Return Reasons & Solutions

  • Late Delivery
    If your order arrives after the promised 21-day delivery window, you qualify for a $6 refund as compensation.

  • Defect / Manufacturing Flaw / Quality Issue
    If you receive a product with defects or quality issues, we will send you a free replacement pair.

  • Doesn't Fit Me (Wrong Size/Color Ordered)
    You may return or exchange the item, but you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • Changed My Mind (No Longer Need the Item)
    You may return or exchange the item, but you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • Received Wrong Item (Incorrect or Missing Item in Package)
    If you receive an incorrect or missing item, we will ship the correct replacement to you free of charge.

  • Package Arrived Damaged
    If your package arrives damaged, we will send you a free replacement pair.

  • Incorrect Shipping Information Provided
    Please double-check your shipping information when placing your order. To make any updates, please contact us immediately for assistance.

  • Other (Please specify in notes)
    Please contact us directly, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
