We totally understand—we change our minds too! While we wish we could assist with modifications, once an order has been submitted, we are currently unable to make changes or cancel it. We hope to introduce a cancellation window in the future.

If the item isn't quite right, you're always welcome to exchange it for a preferred style or return it for a refund. Please note: domestic returns enjoy free return shipping as long as the item remains unused.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
